Raul Angulo is Captain, Emeritus of Ladder Co. 6, Seattle, WA Fire Department. He has more than forty years of experience and is on the editorial advisory board for Fire Apparatus and Emergency Equipment magazine. He is the author of the textbook "Engine Company Fireground Operations 4th Edition", published by Jones and Bartlett Learning and "Ladder Company Operations on the Fireground", he has also been teaching at FDIC International since 1996.
